I loved the way I could check in early and the staff popped by to see if I had everything I needed in my King Room. The rooftop bar and the cozy lounge area were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. My only small gripe was the bathroom could use a little updating, but it didn’t take away from my overall enjoyment! 😊

Recommend it for group gatherings
I stayed here with my friends and the room was surprisingly larger than typical. We had a friendly bartender, Quentin at the bar, who made our evenings much more enjoyable with his warmth.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still manageable for a good time.

The location was a huge plus, just a short walk to nearby attractions. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and how comfortable the bed was after a long day of exploring the city. However, the elevator situation could use some improvement, as it seemed a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, it was a lovely stay for someone visiting the city for business.

The hotel's fantastic location allowed easy access to major attractions. However, the room felt dated and lacked cleanliness, with some maintenance issues. The staff was mostly friendly but was inconsistent in service. Overall, it offered a decent experience, better for short stays due to room size.

The Queen Room was decent but on the smaller side. The shower was a bit cramped, which was expected for NYC. The bed was comfy, though, and the views of the city were pretty nice. Room service was a plus when we didn't feel like going out. Just wish there was a bit more space to move around, but overall, it worked for us.

Centrally located with easy access to various neighborhoods, allowing a true taste of local life. The rooftop bar provides stunning views, not to mention a relaxed atmosphere for unwinding after a long day.
The elevators are painfully slow, often overcrowded, making it a hassle during busy hours. If you're sensitive to noise, avoid upper floors. vibrations from the rooftop bar are disruptive. Also, breakfast options fell short of expectations—mostly pastries and limited variety. I noticed that charging for incoming packages felt excessive, especially when many properties offer that service without a fee. Furthermore, the layout could confuse guests looking for key amenities, leading to unnecessary detours.
